On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, we will welcome you to Kenya and transfer you to your hotel. Overnight at Sarova Stanley (BB).
Arise to a sumptuous breakfast then Afterwards your driver will drive you towards the Great Riftvalley, and you arrive in time for lunch at Lake Nakuru. An afternoon game drives provides an opportunity to experience one of the world’s largest ornithological bird spectacles – the pink flamingo. Dinner and overnight at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge (FB).
Lake Nakuru National Park is located 140km north-west of Nairobi and it is famous for the thousands of pink flamingos that cover the lake. Lake Nakuru National Park is famous for its flamingos and other abundant birds. It is also one of Kenya’s finest rhino sanctuaries. It was the first lake to be gazetted as a National park, where you will enjoy an amazing game drive to view both wildlife and the Lake. It is the best park to be lucky enough to spot the Leopard. Here will you spot most of the big five, i.e. buffalo, both white and black rhino, leopard and lion, the elephant is the only big five animal that is not found in the park.
Arise for a pre-breakfast game drive. You return to your lodge for breakfast and check out. You leave for close by Lake Naivasha one of the Riftvalleys’ fresh water lakes. Spend your morning resting on the well manicured lawns and enjoying the breath taking views of the world’s largest valley. Dinner and overnight at The Great Rift Valley Lodge & Golf Resort (FB).
Optional activities: Boating and bird watching on Lake Naivasha, Guided horse riding, Mountain biking, Escorted game and bird walks and Golfing.
After breakfast, you continue with your safari which takes you to the famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve. You will pass the scenic forests of Mau Narok Plateau and the Maasai Loita plains. You arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon your guide will take you for your evening game drive in this huge natural reserve. Dinner and overnight Mara Serena Safari Lodge (FB).
Masai Mara is one of the world’s most famous wildlife reserves, and one of Africa’s major safari destinations. With its scenic beauty and abundant wildlife Maasai Mara’s lucrative tourist attraction from July to September, provides one of nature’s most dramatic sights, the annual migration of over a million wildebeest, zebra and gazelle from the Serengeti in the south and across the Mara River into Maasai Mara. Following their footsteps are Africa’s predators: lion, leopard, cheetah and hyena. Full day spent in search of Elephants, Buffalo, Lion, Zebra, Cheetah, Rhino, Wildebeest and other plains’ game.
You will spend the next days exploring the Maasai Mara; your safari guide/driver will take you to different areas inside the game reserve, tracking down the lions, elephants, monkeys, different types of birds etc. Accommodation and all meals at Kensington Tented Lodge (FB).
Take breakfast at leisure and check out at the allowed time. Your driver will drive you to Nairobi, Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon and then connect to your outbound flight
