Day 1: Nairobi
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, we will welcome you to Kenya and transfer you to your hotel. Overnight at Nairobi Serena (BB).
Day 2: Nairobi – Mount Kenya National Park
After breakfast, your driver will pick you up and brief you on your safari itinerary before proceeding past Kenya’s’ lush central highlands to arrive in Mt Kenya region in time for lunch. The afternoon will be spent in this unique tree lodge overlooking a waterhole where animals gather for a salt lick. Dinner and overnight at Serena Mountain Lodge (FB).
Day 3 – 4: Mt Kenya National Park – Lake Naivasha
Arise to an early breakfast and be driven towards the Great Riftvalley. This scenic drive takes you via Thompson falls and you arrive in time for late lunch at Lake Naivasha. Accommodation for the next two nights will be at Chui Lodge (FB).
The stay at Chui lodge includes; guided bush walks, boat rides on lake Naivasha, bush breakfasts and sundowners, visit to the Oserian flower farm, day & night game drives in the Oserian wildlife sanctuary, game drives in Hells’ gate national park, laundry, soft drinks, mineral water, beers and house wines.
Day 5: Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast, you continue with your safari which takes you to the famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve. You will pass the scenic forests of Mau Narok Plateau and the Maasai Loita plains. You arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon your guide will take you for your evening game drive in this huge natural reserve. Dinner and overnight Mara Serena Safari Lodge (FB).
Day 6: Masai Mara Game Reserve
The day will be spent exploring this vast reserve in search of various animal species that have made the Mara their home. All meals and accommodation at Mara Serena Safari Lodge (FB).
Optional activities in the Masai Mara: Hot balloon ride, Nature walks, Manyatta visits (Masai homesteads)
Day 7: Masai Mara Game Reserve – Mombasa
Take breakfast at leisure and check out at the allowed time. Your driver will take you on a morning game drive and later transfer you to the airstrip to board the Mombasa bound flight in the afternoon. On arrival at the Coastal town, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Dinner and overnight at Serena Beach Hotel & Spa (HB).
Days 8 – 9: Mombasa
The days will be spent exploring the Coast which is rich in attractions besides the beach. Some of optional activities here include the Tamarind dhow (dinner or lunch at sea with a live band on board), Dolphin dhows, snorkeling and scuba diving among others. Accommodation and meals at Serena Beach Hotel & Spa (HB).
Day 10: Mombasa – Nairobi
After breakfast, check out at the allowed time and store your luggage with the reception, continue to enjoy the hotel facilities. Our representative from Mombasa will pick you up from the hotel reception at in the late afternoon to transfer you to the airport to catch your afternoon flight to Nairobi and then connect to your outbound flight in Nairobi.
